Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Shipping Costs
